Danilo Boavista

Danilo Boavista brings entrepreneurial drive and strategic insight to LUZ Capital Partners. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, he previously served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading operational transformations in the life sciences sector. He also founded LinkIT, a firm connecting private capital with public researchers, and co-founded Palha da Nonna, a successful sweets company. Danilo holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Behavioral Economics, Operations, Finance, and General Management. He’s also committed to social impact, having led pro bono efforts at McKinsey to address racial inequality in business ownership in Chicago.
