Julia Chinakaeva

Julia is a former figure skater champion, excelling in sports and academics from a young age. Inspired by her father's role as a founding member of a Calgary energy firm, she moved to Canada as a Management Consultant specializing in analytics and operations at Accenture. With a passion for retail and consumer behavior, she earned an MBA from INSEAD, leading thought leadership for the Retail & Luxury Club. Post MBA, Julia followed her entrepreneurial drive, joining a B2B retail-tech startup as a founding member and also launching her own E-Commerce brand in Toronto. Her work was recognized in prominent media publications in the UK and Canada. Her recent experiences as a Founder and Manager at KPMG customer experience advisory positions her well to lead her own business. Based in Toronto, she enjoys dancing and writing in her spare time.
