Nate Miller

I grew up near Cleveland, OH, one of four children. Our parents instilled in us the values of faith, integrity, and hard work, values that my wife and I strive to live by and to teach to our own children. I was honored to serve for four years as a US Army officer, including leading an Engineer platoon in Afghanistan, experiences that have deeply shaped my leadership philosophy and practice. Upon completing my MBA at Harvard Business School, I came back to Northeast Ohio for a role at Goodyear Tire. During my eight years at Goodyear I worked in Strategy, Product Management, and most recently as Director of Global Supply Chain for the Off-the-Road Tires business. With Yellow Creek Search I am now excited to apply my experience successfully leading teams in the military and the corporate world to acquiring and growing a single small business.
