Adilene Dominguez

In my 11+ years in the Medical Device Industry, I've learned that leadership entails nurturing talent with kindness. In healthcare, we're reminded of our responsibility to protect the most vulnerable, teaching us the importance of compassion and integrity in every aspect of our work. When I am not at work, I volunteer as a college application coach for the Latino youth. I recognize that I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for the guidance of mentors, and is why I feel the responsibility to give back to the youth. I also dedicate my time to teaching, painting and spending time with my family in our home town of Waukegan, IL.
